A City Under Siege

Upon their arrival, the Straw Hats witness the Oceans Navel under relentless assault by a horde of colossal sea monsters. The city's towering buildings crumble before these behemoths, threatening to swallow the island whole. Amid the chaos, the Straw Hats encounter a young woman named Kaya, a resident of the Oceans Navel who reveals the city's plight.

Kaya explains that the sea monsters are summoned by a malevolent sorcerer known as Logan, who seeks to destroy the Oceans Navel and seize its ancient treasure. Together, the Straw Hats resolve to aid Kaya and her people, embarking on a perilous quest to confront Logan and save the city from annihilation.
