Minnesota Timberwolves head coach Chris Finch was helped off the court after a mid-game collision with point guard Mike Conley during the team's game against the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday night. Finch reportedly underwent tests at a local hospital and is listed as day-to-day with an unknown injury.
Finch has been a key part of the Wolves' success this season, leading the team to a 13-8 record since being named head coach in February. Minnesota is currently in contention for a playoff spot in the Western Conference.
The Timberwolves' next game is scheduled for Friday night against the Los Angeles Clippers. It is unclear if Finch will be able to coach in that game.
